The worst water company in West Virginia! My daughter has been without water for 2 weeks now. She has been having problems for the last year. They will not fix her water lines and it is on their side. She hasn't had enough pressure to wash clothes or bathe. They have to go to her mother in laws to bathe. She has called numerous times and they hang up on her. She contacted health and human services. Still nothing. They are hateful unprofessional and need new employees! Someone needs to step up and do something.
